We use Matte PETG across our entire line because it does two things no other filament does simultaneously — it survives the mechanical stress of repeated flipping, and it looks completely finished straight off the printer. No sanding. No painting. Just clean, consistent matte.

The Phantom goes further. Its blade is transparent PETG — a completely different aesthetic register. Crystal clear, hand-coated, and unlike anything you've seen from a 3D-printed trainer. Both are printed on our Bambu Labs H2C. Both are hand-inspected before they leave Singapore.

Noir Blades was born out of a simple frustration. The balisong trainers available online were either cheap imports that broke in weeks, or premium imports priced for a Western market. There was nothing made here. Nothing worth carrying.

So we designed one from scratch. Modelled in Blender, iterated through dozens of prototypes, and printed on our Bambu Labs H2C until the tolerances were exactly where we needed them. Then we kept going — three tiers, each with a distinct identity. The Shadow for the purist. The Aurelius for the individualist. The Phantom for those who want something that has never existed before.

We are a homegrown Singapore brand. Small, intentional, and obsessed with quality. Every blade leaves our hands inspected. Every customer is registered. And every warranty is real.
